The recent website redesign for iElects by Web Marketing Angels was a unique job that focussed on consistent branding and great functionality.
When iElects approached us to redesign their new website, they also wanted to create a different look within the site for their other business, Javelin Machinery. A website within a website!
Why would they do this, rather than have two separate websites, you ask? Well, due to the nature of their business they didn’t want visitors to the site to navigate away from the iElects website, but still wanted them to have access to all the information.
Doing this meant creating a consistent branding message across all pages, so we created custom pages for Javelin Machinery within the iElects website, using the Javelin branding. As a result, visitors can view all the information for both brands on the one site.
iElects is a specialist B2B electrical and automation contractor, providing products and services to business with unique machinery and electrical requirements. Based in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, this innovative company helps design and build electrical, instrumentation, and automation projects of all sizes and types for local businesses.
With a wide range of services and products, they needed a website that could support their business in a practical way.
Web Marketing Angels redesigned this website with that in mind, adding 50+ products to their online store, building custom quote functionality, and ensuring the website was SEO’d (Search Engine Optimised) effectively.
The Javelin Machinery “website” became a page under the iElects banner, and we developed the overall design to allow for consistency between the two. The Javelin Machinery “website” has all the pages you would expect from a stand-alone site – History, Machine information, Info & FAQ’s, a Contact Page, and its separate online Shop.
