Web Marketing Angels will practice a COVID safe work environment for all contractors and essential client appointments.

CLIENT APPOINTMENTS

  • Client appointments will only be granted if essential and the appointment can not be conducted via Zoom
  • All client in office appointments must be pre approved and set at least 48 hrs in advance – these details will be recorded
  • Clients must bring in their own devices for training and handover purposes to use
  • Only 1 client per business may attend the appointment unless they reside in the same household
  • All appointments must not exceed 2 hrs
  • Upon entry the clients must temperature check to ensure they are within the correct temperature range and not feeling ill – if a high temperature is recorded then the appointment will be rescheduled
  • They must utilise the hand sanitiser and spray sanitiser for foot wear
  • Clients will respect social distancing and will be seated 1.5 metres away from any staff or contractor of Web Marketing Angels
  • Surgical Grade facemasks must be worn during the appointment – facemasks will be provided upon entry if required

OFFICE

  • All floors, surfaces and chairs will be wiped down and sprayed in between appointments and at the end of every day
  • There is a staff/contractor only bathroom facility which is disinfected daily
  • Phones and other digital devices can not be shared and company supplied headphones will be used to utilise all phones
  • All contractors and staff will be temperature checked on arrival and signed in – they must complete regular cleaning of their dedicated workstation
  • If a high temperature is recorded or if staff/contractor feels unwell then they will be required to work remotely
  • All contractors will have the option of working remotely where possible and when needed
  • Weekly disinfecting in the office will be undertaken to ensure a safe environment
  • Staff and contractors are to be seated 2 meters away from each other and there will be no more than 3 persons in the office space at any time
